Reviews said this is long and Costner's character is hardly in it, and that it sets up the next two movies but isn't a great stand alone movie. I'm still excited to see it, I don't need every movie to follow the same formula

Uuuugh. The albatross around the neck of any modern aspirations. Nothing's allowed to just be good, it has to be the foundation of a whole new goddamn industry.
