Hello lemmy gamers! Curious who's around here -- anybody play fighting games?

I'm mostly into Tekken (and play it competitively), but I'll dabble in most fighting games here and again. Would it be reasonable to have a community specifically for the FGC around here?

And I’ve unfortunately found a lot of ignorance and bigotry in fighting game spaces, like in other exclusive Ur-Gamer spaces. I think with more notable queer and trans players in the scene though, things are changing.

I think that's true for the bigger franchises, unfortunately. But honestly, the Guilty Gear (mostly Strive, I suppose) and BlazBlue communities tend to be pretty chill, from what I've found on reddit.

That looks awesome! I hope you won't mind me asking but where did you get the coat and the fur hat? Also love the Testament with the umbrella as a replacement for the scythe.

I got the whole getup from EZCosplay except the boots and tights. And yeah I didn't know them but they looked awesome!
