I like .vbog - the variable compression points don't always result in better overall compression, but can greatly enhance certain parts so I think its worth it.
But anything is better than .ice, that is just bad & hard to maintain, it just looks cool.

Icelands too. Their compression grates mountains.

But if you want you bodies flatt asap, nothing works as perfectly as an industrial press.
