Can someone explain why they need the fibreoptic line?

Yes. I can explain it. That requirement is to help Dominion prevent competition by adding extreme expense and complication to any competitive project. There is no other legitimate reason. None.

Conservatives are vile subhumans who facilitate corporate capture. The tree of liberty is fucking parched.
