I gave the article a quick skim because I also thought horse shit and maybe this is one of those look how bad Texas is going compared to others investing in green energy.
But Texas installed the most solar out of the entire US and generated more power with solar compared to coal. Which for a red state is quite remarkable.
No mention if solar clipped natural gas generation but the article is a decent skim.
Did they turn the solar panels on? lol.
