Don't worry, you won't be needing that spare anyways. Just drive around like Mad Max to avoid all the potholes, and she'll be right!

Lifeboats are for ships that sink, seatbelts and airbags are only useful in a crash. Hence why would you need a spare tyre if your intent is not to get a flat tyre?
