I am looking for a place that is as close to "as long as it's not illegal, it's allowed" as possible. Is there a good way to narrow down my search without going to every single server and reading their sidebar?

You are the second person who has commented something similar. I'm not asking about the mechanics of the search mechanism, I'm asking for suggestions. Its pretty easy to understand the implication with the way I worded the question.
