Bug: Waypoint Icons / Map or Compass Markers disappear after visiting own freighter (lemm.ee)

Every time I board my own freighter, all the navigation markers in the system disappear while I am looking at them. Those that are out of sight remain visible. My freighter is fully stocked with all stations and lots of decorative items, rooms and so forth. Rumour has it that this has something to do with the workstations and that they should be removed. Extremely annoying. Does anyone have a workaround while we wait for a fix?

The new patch also not resolved the issue... :(
