Lawnchair is FOSS, has tabs in app drawer and you can swipe up on home screen icons to launch hidden

You can't swipe on dock icons like in Nova

Yes, you can.

Long press on an icon (dock or homescreen) and you have option to then assign "swipe up" to a separate action.

All my dock icons have secondary actions assigned this way.

Which version are you using? Just tried with the latest beta and there is no swipe up option.

I was using play store version I believe

Same. Neither of those features seems to be there for me on version 14

Thanks I'll have to check it again. I guess I either missed it or it wasn't implemented when I originally looked.
