I wish to reiterate here as well that New Outlook is an unmitigated insult to users' intelligence and should be avoided at all costs. Some real beta product BS

e: today was really really hectic and I am super wound up about life things and didn't eat until dinner and the downstairs neighbour's TV is infuriatingly loud tonight and aaaaargh.

so I'm going to take that as a cue to have a very early night with some calming music on blast, some melatonin and chamomile tea, and a goddamn scented candle
