You sound like somebody who's never been to a city, but "have it on good authority" that it's dangerous based on some third-hand story, or worse: Fox News.

LMAO naw actually i lived in the residential parts of the city but moved 15 minutes further out every few years. If there were no more broken windows and mugging I'd be deep inside the city instead even with the higher rent.
