Not possible, OpenFortress tried and is forced by Valve to keep it proprietary.

That's because it's built off of source and uses valve assets. A clone in godot would be in the clear. Problem is that it has to be built from the ground up, so it's lots more effort to make.

Make it different enough. They can't sue, unless they have patented the Team Fortress formula.
