Just curious. You seem to have a strong preference for braided bread - any particular reason? Any advantages?

Not sure. It's a bit of a challenge to braid, makes the texture a bit different, looks nice, means I don't have to score, also I only own one loaf pan and enjoy making two at a time.

Just wandering around this craft aimlessly to be honest. Maybe in a month or so I will look at other ways. Got any ideas?
