Motorway driving is already boring enough, and now you can take away one of the things that makes it bearable AND you have to pay? No thanks...

Yeah hard pass on the subscription based auto pilot. Everything is going to be subscription based soon enough.

I prefer being a passenger to driving, as I can do something more interesting, like reading a book. But I don’t think hands free driving is the answer, as you still have to be ready to take control. It just makes the driving experience worse, by taking away one of the marginally interesting things you can do to occupy your attention.
