I'm in LibreMemes, a place for r/linuxmemes refugees where any tech memes are welcome. https://matrix.to/#/#librememes:nitro.chat

Is it possible to subscribe to a Matrix room from Lemmy without having to have an account on a Matrix instance?

[โ€“] tsugu 2 points 1 year ago

Sadly no. Matrix is not a part of the fediverse.

[โ€“] smorks@lemmy.ca 2 points 1 year ago

no, that's not possible. Matrix uses it's own protocol.
