Sorry if this is a silly question, but you have tinnitus or what? I'm sorry this is getting you this way, though. Hopefully you find some relief soon
Fortunately no. It was about my depression and intrusive thoughts.
I was recommended a good set of techniques for these. I also struggled crazy with intrusive thoughts. It's called ACT. The book explaining is called "a liberated mind". These conditions can be improved :) good luck!
I know what you mean, but "good luck" doesn't seem to have a good omen lol.
