Looks like we might have to put one of our pups down tonight. Dudes had lupus (sorry House, sometimes it IS lupus!) for a couple of years now and been on steroids hardcore which has affected his quality of life on a bit of a sliding scale. Now the sores that result from lupus are making an appearance and he's got one on his foot so he can't walk properly.
Always said its better to say goodbye a day early than a day late, so time to practice what I preach. Currently still enjoys his dinner and breakfast but as of this morning he's started hobbling around and that's not a way to live.

That is real unfortunate, but atleast he will not have to suffer.
We were there a few weeks ago. It's rough. If you can, get someone else to drive, or at least drive you home. No use having a car crash. You are doing what's best for your mate.
