Community about running GNU/Linux on phones. Projects like Ubuntu Touch, Plasma Mobile, PostmarketOS, Mobian etc. Either on former Android phones or hardware like the PinePhone.

You can buy a Volla phone and afaik also a Fairphone4 with Ubuntu Touch pre-installed.

I think the main issue for other phones right now is that their Android kernel compatibility layer ("halium") is only compatible up to Android 11 and needs an update for newer phones to work.
