Fair enough but look at the OP picture. How could the personal shopper not have seen the item, it's literally in the picture, right there on the shelf. Looks like they even touched it and moved it because it's crooked & halfway hanging off the shelf.
okay but silly me now I realize this was probably a joke. making fun of personal shoppers.
Because frankly, most people are idiots.
