I live off those lactose pills and when I fuck up and forget them, yet don’t realize till the enemy is inside, I enter this world of pain

Wouldn't it be lactase pills? If it ends in -ose it's a sugar, if it ends in -ase it's an enzyme.

Yea. I usually just say lactose bc no one knows what I’m talking about otherwise. Lactaid or the offbrands
