If you haven't already check out some of the courses over at !opencourselectures@slrpnk.net. This community is intended as a more general version of that project.
If you don't mind me asking what subjects are you most interested in?
Thanks for the tip!
Interests? Where to start!
Calculus, linear algebra, probability, and statistics to lay some foundations.
Algorithms, programming language design, electronics.
Philosophy, physics (various branches).
History, especially Canadian, especially as it relates to the indigenous peoples.
Economics and political theories, especially as can be tied to social systems.
Canadian law, especially as it pertains to rights, freedoms, labour, crown lands, and indigenous territories.
Maybe a bit of geology.
I currently have little desire for formal certification or degrees.
That's off the top of my head. I could easily have just been a full time student. In many ways I was, having taught myself enough programming to make a career, among other things.
I think you'll fit right in!
