At the crack of dawn you get woken up by the buzzing of cicadas that lets you know you it's going to be hot as buggery today, so you ain't getting back to sleep.

And if you try and do something relaxing like read a book for a bit, there's always some arsehole neighbour firing up the mower to remind you of your sloth and make you feel bad for not being up and about being productive.

Sundays are meant to be for sleeping in dammit!
