Have to agree. Got my smart watch maybe 5 years ago. The gimmicks are cute, but don't think I will be getting a new one to replace it when this one dies. Just not worth it, plus the price.
Its also annoying. Phone goes blip, watch goes blip, look at watch - oh it's a notification I need to react to on my phone anyway. kewl. So convenient.
I forgot about that 😡 I think that's why I hardly interact with my watch, just read messages or check the current weather.
