Idiocracy was a utopia compared to what we're in store for. They had health care, an environment that wasn't actively killing them, and a president that actually wanted to solve problems.

I dunno, their environment could have been as bad as ours, and Biden perhaps "wants" to solve things but... Congress is what passes laws (same as that one - he asked people to do things and it was like talking to a brick wall, the difference being that bc it is a Hollywood movie, it was constrained to HAVE to show a good outcome). Good point about the healthcare - I forgot if it was socialized or for-profit in the show.
