Aegis is great! I really don't know why people use Google Authenticator when much better alternatives exist.

It's backupable unlike Google authenticator!

There are way more options. Been a long time I didn't use Google authenticator, but with Aegis, you can customize a lot of things and you can export/import your data.

I use my YubiKey for that. Really useful and convenient
