Does Tumbler have an rss feed?
There are websites that claim to let you grab almost any web page (or even portion of a web page?) as an RSS feed. The following two specifically mention tumblr.

I can't vouch for either site, because I haven't used them yet. I was planning to build something along those lines for my own use in a project and came across these while making sure nobody beat me to it.
