Yeah, if you ignore the ratios, "NaCHO" represents every sodium salt of an organic compound containing only carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. There are many of these compounds:
Sodium acetate? "NaCHO."
Baking soda? "NaCHO."
Bar soap? "NaCHO."
