Swedish developer Eolus Vind has announced plans to develop an offshore wind farm in Sweden’s Gulf of Bothnia with a capacity of up to 1.7GW.

If I sabotaged your offshore power, I'd say that I didn't and have my navy produce a report that concluded that whales did it.
