What does "burrito" mean when it's no longer a wrapped meal?
Call it something else. Arroz con frijoles works. "burrito bowl" is like "hamburger soup."

There are burger bowls that don't have a bun, this is a common naming thing. I'm honestly not trying to make you mad with this so I'll duck on out of the convo.
