I bought this plant at a flea market this weekend in Central Virginia, USA. I'm not sure what it is, however, and I want to make sure to take proper care of it. I was hoping you all could help. Thanks so much!

When we split ours, since the grouping was so large, it took a while to spread back out and they looked like this for a bit.
