Yep I just listened to them a few days ago. I guess Jack is either burned out or is running out of things to talk about. My friend introduced me to the podcast about 2 years ago. Back then Jack was putting out new ones like every day or every other day, then it was a few a week, then it was once a week, then like once every two weeks. I hadn't listened to it in months and was surprised/disappointed to see that there were only like 3 new episodes. He apparently only does like one a month now.

I'd imagine they're a lot of work to research and verify. I'll take what I can get.

1000% this. I used to run a weekly radio show and could only get through about 12 episodes before I started running out of steam. It takes a lot to produce an hour of polished audio editing plus interviews plus research plus writing -- it all adds up. I think at around 100 episodes that would be like 20-30 novels worth of content depending on how you slice it.

Yeah, he does a lot of high quality interviews and stories which require a bunch of research, so that takes away from writing other scripts.
