Abortion is legal? , yes but now the ® will have you wait 48 hours before submitting to a intravaginal ultrasound session, not covered by state sponsored insurance nor hospitals funded by the state in any shape or form before scheduling the procedure, even if it's life threatening.

Marijuana legal? Yes but needs to be grown and monitored in the state and by the state at all steps all of this while cash from the sales not being clean to put in state or federal backed up banks.

I mean here in FL we gave back people their right to vote after paying sentences and the legislature put on a fee and an audience to approve them if they want to vote again...

Don't be surprised of the amount of bullshit the Republican party will pull out of their asses while in power. Even tho the democrats are trash as well the overall consensus is that none of this bullshit happens with a D at charge.

Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Ohioans that get into the marijuana business, a little tip from a Californian weed farmer. Casinos exist in IN, and out here. Go in lose a few hands of blackjack and cash out. That money is now clean for the banks, and you can easily claim your taxes at the casino.

I understand this can be done and it's for the most part a victimless crime. Still "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) laws that require casinos to monitor for and report suspicious activity. Trying to circumvent these regulations by declaring income from illegal activities as winnings from gambling would be considered fraudulent and could lead to serious legal consequences, including imprisonment and fines.
Or not, because that's none of my business and I'm happy you have a way to use your hard earned money.

Good point! Don't do this with amounts larger than $4,999, or more realistically more than $1,000. If you need to deposit more than that in a bank, they all accept cash. This is to be able to accept smaller credit card/debit card/crypto transactions.

Though, is crypto even around anymore? Like the infrastructure, such as it was, for Bitcoin still exists, but is anyone actually using digital currency at this point?

Even tho the democrats are trash as well

Sure let's just add to a vague toxic sentiment that further distances the scary Democrats from the issues and reinforces "both sides" voting apathy. Love that people just drop comments like this. Love it.

Especially while the Republicans are over here dreaming about this ... https://www.politico.com/news/magazine/2023/11/07/mag-shafer-trump-dictator-00125767

If I remember correctly, the language in the abortion bill disallowed unnecessary, or overly burdensome restrictions too.

The marijuana bill also explicitly allows for you to grow up to six plants yourself.

Shit man, I don't even smoke and I might just grow some weed too experience the quasi-legal freedom I voted for.
