Anarchy doesn't prevent genocide in the same way that anarchy doesn't prevent murder. It's just presented as a one word solution without solving anything.

I think they should implement Purple Thursdays. It will solve the crisis. If you think it won't work, it's because you don't have the proper understanding of Purple Thursdays.
