I used to have very bad plantar fasciitis from my time in the military. For years I suffered every step of every day. I researched possible solutions and found out zero drop shoes help it. I bought some Xero shoes and after about three months it all just went away. Now I just wear zero drop shoes.

It's crazy how much of a difference this makes. Even putting on a pair of shoes with a tiny drop now makes me feel like i'm wearing cowboy boots or heels or something.

No kidding. I did find some work boots through Red Wing that don't hurt but that's has been it.

Check out lems. They have some pretty great zero drop options. No toe protection, as far as I know, but pretty durable waterproof boots.

That's good to know. Thank you.
