I thought it wasn't going to go swimming, I wasn't really feeling energetic. But I went anyway. Super slow. No energy. But I finished my 1km. And now everything aches, the arms ache, the legs ache, the back aches. I think tomorrow I'll just do a recuperation day and no exercise.
Congrats on exercising even though you didn't feel like it!
Imo that's a very good way to get used to doing it, and in turn a way to get in shape (or whatever your goal is). Keep on keeping on!
