Hi bees. I recently was looking around for info about hip growth and hrt, and read that it may happen, but even if then not really noticible. However for like a week now I feel my hips hurt, like substencialy and they give me trouble walking, stadning and stuff and even sleeping. And I am almost sure it is growth. But isnt it too painful? Should it be that way, and can I ease it somehow?

Edit:

I have noticed that when I walk and sway my hips more it is less painful to walk, but it takes getting used to

Thanks in advace :3

For alcohol: drink fewer than 3 drinks per day, always give your body 2-3 days without alcohol to recover, and drink a glass of water for every drink.

1 drink is equal to:

  • Short 6oz glass of wine
  • 1 12oz can of beer
  • 1 1.5oz shot of liquor

Drink no more than 3 of these units per day and make sure you take 3 days off per week so your body can heal. Drink lots of water.

For cannabis:

  • Use edibles instead of smoking when you can
  • Use an herbal vape
  • NEVER get high before driving
  • Avoid being high while at work or school
  • Don’t smoke right before bed if you’re going to be sleeping less than 8 hours
  • Hydrate!
