I think he's referencing the fact that the "lizard people" theory is just anti-semitic dogwhistling once you get past the surface, however the absolute FOOL doesn't know the Nazi-types think Jewish people invented socialism to destroy the white race.

I love that your comment actually makes this theory better though.

Thor just wanted everyone to not be brain worm slaves, man, why you gotta be like that?

I actually kind of wondered why they went the cloning route. It's a common sci-fi trope but they don't always explain it well.

For example, the Asgardians seemed pretty militarist-by-necessity, it would have been interesting if it was a response to war casualties or just the easiest way to make new space colonies or whatever.
