He's gonna end up having to get a public defender lol
Federal public defenders are actually good tho
Maybe for a normal case but for a case like his he'll probably get what would be equivalent to a public defender from your local jurisdiction in that they won't have time to check every box nor the expertise in this specific field.
You always want to see people get good counsel, as it protects against the defendant claiming ineffective assistance of counsel later. But it really would be hilarious if this was the case
He'll never qualify. It would be hilarious if he ended up representing himself, though. I mean he's had plenty of competent counsel, he just chooses not to listen to them. Quick, someone sell him on the wonders of Sovereign Citizenship!
