lol I can't tell if this is a joke but if you're serious...
it's not the same cloud, it's just the same type of cloud that forms in the same place at a regular occurrence, so the locals named it. Seeing as how it forms at 3 pm I'd say it's a different cloud every time.
You missed the opportunity to use “I don’t know weather or not you’re cirrus”
