NSW will give their share straight to property developers.

Vic will give their share as a negative gearing special rebate.

Qld will give their share as a first home buyers deposit. It will instantly raise the prices of all real estate by that same amount, ensuring that you can never be a first home buyer.

Tassie will probably spend theirs on a footy stadium, with a granny flat in the carpark to make sure it qualifies

ACT gets 1.5 billion of this to go to housing on submarines.

For some reason, WA won't get anything.

And NT is forgotten altogether.

And NT is forgotten…

SA didn’t even make the list. Just like 4 out of 5 Australian music tours.

Well spotted. I was trying to work out what to add for SA, and then I wondered "What's more ignored than saying somebody is forgotten?". So I left SA out XD

No offence to SAers -or the various other states above- it's just a jab at how the various governments treat us.

We have a client at work who is based in SA and when I noticed their timezone I was genuinely confused: "why is clientX set to GMT+9:30, they're not in Adelaide are they?"

No one expects Adelaide

The Adelaide test match still catches me out every year.

"Why the hell is the cricket starting at.......Oh...."
