And where are you from? And how old? Not "do you" but just if you know how.

I'm in the US, mid 30s and can (and do) drive a manual transmission.

UK here, I do. Only a few people I know cannot because they simply couldn't pass the test and so only drive automatics.

I noticed when I visited Ireland, from the US, that most cars are manual. At the rental places it was rare or expensive to get one. I can drive either. But learning to shift with my left hand was OMG WTF for a few minutes. I couldn't get the hang of left turns driving on the right side. I had to really think about it each time.
