Corendon Airlines is testing the “Only Adult” zones on flights between Amsterdam and Curaçao starting in November.

This area will be located at the front of the Airbus A350-900 aircraft and consists of nine XL seats with additional legroom and 93 standard seats.

There will be walls and curtains separating the “Only Adult” zone from the rest of the plane, making it ideal for travelers without children and business travelers who “want to work in a quiet environment,” according to a press release.

Is the section going to be decorated with pineapples? And can we do adult activities? Cause if not what's the point, ear plugs/buds easily take care of babies and Karens alike.

Ear plugs aren’t enough. Also they kick seats.

Just had two flights with a baby crying the entire time yesterday. All I had were airpods and they didn't do shit to drown out the h8gh pitched screaming.

The most effective "headphones" I've found are using bone conducting ones, like shockz, along with construction ear plugs. The ear plugs on their own do so much for noise and the headphones at a pretty reasonable volume so the rest.

IEMs with foam plugs/buds. Works wonders.

I don't fly without my deep insert etymotic IEMs. Haven't heard a baby cry or a Karen on a plane in over 15 years.

So do adults, and even harder than children do.
