I’m using Mlem on my iPhone and even the early beta is better than the official Reddit app

Same here, I tried the official app once and it was terrible. So many "promoted" messages cluttering up the view.

Hi, please share the download link. I’m unable to find it in AppStore.

[–] stodrerling@lemmy.sdf.org 5 points 1 year ago (1 children)

It is in beta, which means Apple (correctly) does not list it on the App Store. If you want to try it out, you can access it via apple TestFlight which is a program for open betas to collect feedback.

TestFlight installs just like an app, then you use the link for the beta to install the Mlem beta app.

Tl;Dr https://testflight.apple.com/join/xQfmkJhc

Follow the directions to click through and you’ll have the app with a little orange dot next to it. If it ever crashes, it’ll prompt you to explain what you were doing when it happened.
