Eh, life can change wife, life can change husband. Sometimes it's great for a couple years, then not. Doesn't mean wife not good. Just not the best fit anymore.

We diverged in different directions and split up in friendship. There's no shame in ending something before both hate eachother.

Nono sure. I wasn't referring to a specific example. I just see relationship as sth that needs growth and change and not as a never-changing system that has to be kept the same at all costs.

And yeah change can also lead to speration, which also doesn't have to be bad. Like in your example.

I mean don't get me wrong, I'm still suffering. But it was the best decision given the situation.

All relationships require work to keep alive, whether it be romantic, platonic, or familial.
