Flipper Zero is a portable Tamagotchi-like multi-functional device developed for interaction with access control systems. The device is able to read, copy, and emulate radio-frequency (RFID) tags, radio remotes, iButton, and digital access keys, along with a GPIO interface.

For those like me that find this in Everything.

I just wanna switch sports channels to adult swim at a bar.
all you need for that is a smartphone with an "ir blaster" and some form of universal remote app.
i used to have a galaxy s5 that could do that.
unfortunately ir blasters became a rarity and you'll have to look for modern smartphones that still have them.
i also remember keychain tools like the TV-B-Gone,
but those can only turn tvs off
Loved my V20 with its replaceable battery and IR blaster. I get the push towards non-replaceable batteries for design and profit reasons, but an IR blaster is just an led, no? Why remove that?
It’s basically like a hacker/tinkerer/security toolkit that looks like a little toy :)
