I've been on 4mg daily since February of 2022, than I got on 6mg in around April of 2023. I'm now considering moving to 2mg 3 times a day instead. My levels are 180pg/ml for E and like 12 on T.

I am 8 years into hormones and in the last year I've gone through extensive feminization. I'm around your weight and went up to 4mg twice a day about 5 years ago and have been on that since. I also take progesterone and was on around 200mg of Spiro. When was the last time your levels were checked? And has there been big differences in your levels even when not changing your doses? Could be that your levels when tested aren't accurately reflecting what they are during the course of a week or a month.
