Is it really 33% nuts, 33% raisins or dried cranberries, and 33% chocolate? Or is it a different percentage? I think it may be 40-40-20, or 35-35-30.

It’s whatever ratio you like! I go heavier on the nuts because I can pretend it’s healthier.

"they're healthy fats! You gotta get your healthy fats in" I say around a full mouth of cashews and macadamia nuts, my fifth such handful

Probably is. Raisins makes many people's blood sugar levels shoot thru the roof. It's basically candies. The only issue with nuts is that it's easy to over eat them and they're hugely calorie dense

Calorie density is the entire point of trail mix. It's not a bad thing.
