I like rye bread. A lot.
And I would like to make some at home.
Do you have any good recipe ?

I love no-knead recipe and I'm fine if it have to rest days to be ready.

I really like a good rye bread as well, however, I've never tried to make it. Are there any recipes you've tried? I think if I was going to try one, I'd probably start with one of these: https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/collections/best-rye-bread-recipes

This one looks pretty easy and it is a no-knead recipe: https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/the-easiest-rye-bread-ever-recipe
