The difference between "you" and "anyone" is trivial in this context.

You replied directly to someone who was asking for an iPhone app. To make the conclusion that they may be an iPhone user is not a huge leap of logic.
It's not about whether the statement is true or not, it's about treating another user in a hostile way. It's about how your comment is likely to be perceived by the person on the other side of the screen.
For the record, I thought the checkbox for removing content would only apply to the comment I was attempting to remove and apply the ban for. I wanted to leave it all up, but don't really have the ability to revert.
Anyhow, fixing the ban so it's sitewide for 3 days.
