That looks like a cone, grind and pack, nice form but not rolled.
Nah! Rolled like that. But I do pack the end down a little bit before twisting it.

I'm absolutely awful at rolling and even I will get one like this every once in a while
The filter is a dead give away. Never bought or seen prerolled filters or the roll yourself filters that are that wide. Its also the EXACT filter raw prerolls use.
Raw sells those tips in a book, but frankly anyone smoking paper tips should upgrade regardless.
